Option 1: Filet Oscar - 6 oz center-cut beef filet topped with crab meat and bearnaise sauce. Served with white cheddar au gratin potatoes and asparagus wrapped in thinly-sliced carrot ribbons (NOT GF) 

*** please note the venue cannot substitute or omit anything from the meal. The crab meat cannot be removed.

Option 2: Chilean Sea Bass - 6 oz filet of fish with cilantro, citrus juices, and mango orange relish. Served with roasted Yukon gold fingerling potatoes and roasted baby carrots with lemon drizzle (GF)

Option 3: Vegetarian/Other - TBD based on all dietary restrictions
